Following his disappearance off live stages, which prompted local Ugandan tabloids into stating that he had quit music, Ugandan Dancehall musician Faisal Seguya alias Rabadaba has affirmed how he is here to stay.
The star, who was recently in Kigali, on a median tour amongst radio and Television stations, and also made appearances at popular hangout spots, revealed how the public had got it twisted,
“Music is my first wife, I can never give up. Its music which made me, I love it and am ready to take it further,” Rabadaba told Ugamuziki.
The Love Portion hit maker had in recent years reduced recording hits, and yet he starred in Beneath the Lies, a popular local Television series which captures many Ugandans. This lured many into believing that he had quit the music game,
“Acting, just like music, it’s an Art that I freely do. If it’s done out there, then why not here in Africa. This shouldn’t cause any commotion,” the star remarked.
