Song Bird Juliana Kanyomozi claimed the EAST AFRICAN MUSIC AWARDS Best Female Artist of the year award in Nairobi Kenya.
Juliana was nominated for her hit single ALIVE AGAIN a category where she was in contention with top East African Female artists, Liza Kamikazi – “More than a Dream” – RWANDA, Lady Jaydee – “Teza” – TANZANIAand Wahu – “Sweet Love” – KENYA
Juliana had also been nominated together with Burundi’s Kidum in the best collaboration category which they did not take home.
The other Ugandan winner was KEKO who scooped the Most Promising Female Artist award
